Snapper RP21875BV Self Propelled Mower

Probably the most popular model in Snapper's mulching series is the RP21875BV self propelled lawn mower. Engineered for top performance mulching, this mower will keep your lawn beautiful and healthy. The NINJA mulching system consists of a set of six unique cutting surfaces on each blade to cut thoroughly clippings into super fine particles that disappear into the lawn and decompose.

And evidently you can't achieve efficient mulching without a powerful engine. The RP21875BV is built with a Briggs and Stratton Professional Series overhead valve engine, giving the machine a gross torque of 8.75 ft-lbs for plenty of cutting and mulching. Overhead valve engines are proven to offer significantly more power and are much quieter. For even more power, there is Snapper's exclusive disc drive transmission system that delivers more engine power directly to the wheels. The RP21875BV has a variable speed of 1.7 - 4.0 MPH and is easily adjusted with a dual lever.

The cutting deck is 21" wide and made of 14-gauge steel to withstand years of rugged use. Though this mower is designed primarily for mulching, the cutting deck has a 3-N-1 convertibility feature which allows for bagging and side discharge as well. The cutting heights can be easily adjusted with a simple lever and you have the choice of 7 heights ranging from 1.25" to 4.0".

Other features include a comfortable foam handle and easy to use console. This self propelled mower is priced at $699 and can be purchased at any Snappers' dealers.
